Job Description

We are seeking an expert professional to lead evaluations that drive meaningful impact. As a Principal Evaluation Officer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of evaluation strategies, conducting research-based analysis, and providing recommendations for evidence-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluation Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and tools to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct rigorous research and data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide expert advice and coaching to internal and external stakeholders, supporting evaluation projects and activities that advance organizational goals.
