ACRRM is hiring a Quality and Evaluation Officer to develop and implement College evaluation frameworks, quality management systems and driving continuous improvement. The Quality and Evaluation Officer will have a hands-on approach to evaluation and quality assurance, including supporting surveys, interviews, audits, monitoring of KPIs, and preparing evaluation and quality reports.

We are seeking a talented and committed individual with strong understanding of evaluation and / or quality management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous timeliness and attention to details.

Your duties will include:

  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of evaluation frameworks and plans, and quality management systems, policies and procedures.
  • Support quality and evaluation activities including surveys, interviews, audits, reviews, and inspections of programs, services, and processes.
  • Identify trends and investigate issues or non-conformances, and support development and monitoring of corrective and preventative action plans where appropriate.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to support evaluation activities and embed quality practices.
  • Contribute to the development of evaluation and quality reports.
  • Other duties as directed by the Quality and Evaluation Manager.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in evaluation, quality assurance or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding and practical application of evaluation and/or quality management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Proven experience in conducting surveys and/or audits.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and investigate issues, discrepancies, or non-conformances.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear concise and professional reports and presentations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.

Desirable:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in evaluation, research, quality management, project management.
  • Experience in supporting the development and/or delivery of training sessions on evaluation and/or quality processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in health and/or education sectors.
