Project Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high-profile role as a Project Lead in the infrastructure sector. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of new construction, refurbishments, and upgrades across various projects.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify key objectives and develop effective strategies to meet project goals. Your expertise in project management will enable you to navigate complex challenges and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of new construction, refurbishments, and upgrades.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with each project to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ensure effective budgeting, procurement, and contract administration to maximize project value.

About You:

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in operational settings (education, health, cultural, or government facilities preferred).
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate shifting priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience with sustainable construction practices and building services upgrades is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, AIPM) are highly regarded.
  • Sound understanding of building codes, safety standards, and compliance frameworks.
