We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a significant infrastructure project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, scheduling and risk analysis, with a proven track record of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain construction, procurement and deliverables schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure and contract requirements.
  • Develop construction programs that reflect methodologies, identify milestones and manage constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with planning processes and controls as outlined in the Construction Management System and contract requirements.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date program data in Primavera P6, including Earned Value (EV), cost and revenue cash flow requirements.
  • Coordinate monthly program reviews with delivery teams and compile comprehensive project program reports.
  • Advise project managers on report interpretation, project performance and corrective actions to optimize outcomes.
