About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will design and execute a modern menu that showcases the nuances of Indian cuisine, while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality dishes using international and regional ingredients.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff on seasonal menus and specials.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff where required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in Indian or continental fusion cuisine.
  • Culinary qualifications (preferred but not essential with strong experience).
  • Deep knowledge of international and regional dishes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
