Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and train a dynamic kitchen team to achieve high-quality food products and services
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to manage multiple outlets and maintain cost controls
  • Assist in menu creation and contribute to the development of new culinary concepts
  • Ensure all food production meets company standards for quality and presentation
  • Provide expert training and coaching to develop staff skills and capabilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service and ensure consistency in quality
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve kitchen operations and performance
  • Work closely with colleagues to drive business growth and enhance the overall dining experience
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of kitchen practices and procedures

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and training experience in a high-pressure culinary environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Experience working with banquets and special events preferred
  • Knowledge of Indian cuisine an advantage
