Lead Customer Support Team

A key leadership position is available to lead a small team of customer service representatives in ensuring excellence in daily customer order management, order fulfillment processes, and responding to inquiries from customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders, data, and pricing through SAP.
  • Participate in S&OP meetings, manage new customers, price increases, and master data.
  • Resolve escalated service issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience with SAP and ERP systems. Salesforce / CRM experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building skills. Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
