Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders and HR teams to execute people strategies and cyclical HR events.
  • Influence and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including performance, conduct, behaviour, and probation.
  • Provide day-to-day support and advice to employees and leaders on all people-related matters and policy guidance.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role providing high-level support to internal stakeholders.
