Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract with the opportunity to contribute to a major growth-focused acquisition project.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR professional who can build strong relationships with local business leaders and support performance improvement and enable growth, using data insights and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change, and HR planning. A Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all levels of the business.
