Senior Knowledge Management Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to drive impactful knowledge solutions, empowering teams and driving business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the Knowledge Manager to deliver the Medical Indemnity Knowledge Management Plan.
  • Support and maintain the governance framework for knowledge management in the division.
  • Act as SME and content steward for Livepro (or similar knowledge platforms).
  • Monitor and drive engagement with knowledge systems through metrics and reporting.
  • Partner with business units to promote a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Knowledge Management principles within regulated industries.
  • Experience working with knowledge platforms such as Livepro (or similar).
  • Proven ability to lead, own, and deliver knowledge-based initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through metrics.
