Commercial Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a chance to drive commercial success and contribute to high-value projects. You will report directly to the Operated Joint Venture Manager, responsible for providing expert commercial support to operated assets.

The key responsibilities include managing investments across joint ventures, from early exploration prospects to mature fields. This involves understanding and proactively managing rights and obligations under relevant agreements.

  • Develop and maintain communication with asset representatives through formal and informal channels.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to determine commercial positions, prepare and negotiate agreements with partners.
  • Lead the review of proposed projects to determine impact or opportunity.

Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in law, business, commerce, or related disciplines. Additionally, stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential, along with knowledge of Australian oil and gas industry operations.
