Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our busy manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in receiving and processing incoming goods, operating forklifts safely, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

They will also be responsible for picking stock orders, managing Kanban stock distribution, and conducting regular stock takes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for their next challenge.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming goods from suppliers, including unloading and unpacking trucks/containers
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move stock and materials throughout the warehouse
  • Pick stock orders for production based on schedules, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Manage Kanban stock distribution to production teams as required
  • Conduct regular stock takes to maintain optimal inventory levels

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current forklift license with minimum 2 years operating experience
  • 2+ years warehousing experience or similar role
  • Pick and pack experience in a fast-paced environment
  • MRP systems competency – comfortable with material requisition programs
  • Strong numeracy and computer skills, including handheld inventory scanners
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
