Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior manager to lead our lending services team in Adelaide or Melbourne.

The role focuses on managing complex and high-risk agribusiness customers, delivering strategic financial solutions and expert support.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing workout and remediation strategies for distressed clients, balancing principles-based approaches to client relationships and provisions, and sharing knowledge across lending services, business units and agribusiness credit.

This is an opportunity to deepen experience in financial distress and recovery, build strong networks across the bank and the agribusiness community, and play a key role in supporting clients through challenging circumstances.
