We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner/Project Accountant to collaborate with our Divisional CFO, business unit general managers and project managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, as well as experience in driving systems improvements and influencing stakeholders to optimize project performance.

Key responsibilities of this role include collaborating with senior managers to maximize financial returns and minimize financial risks on projects. This involves providing financial analysis and reporting to support decision making on complex engineering projects.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to articulate financial information to a broad group of stakeholders, as well as experience working with senior managers. They will be expected to drive systems improvements and influence stakeholders to optimize project performance.

To be successful in this role, you will require a professional qualification such as CA or CPA, as well as experience in project or fabrication/manufacturing based business with exposure to construction or manufacturing processes.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of revenue recognition, cost calculations and key accounting issues and risks in a project-based business.
