Support Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a support coordinator, contributing to the improvement of health outcomes in rural communities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to academic and teaching staff, ensuring seamless coordination of student placements, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to academic staff to ensure efficient operation of the unit.
  • Coordinate student placement processes, adhering to university and placement site requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to student placements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the timely coordination and communication of placement schedules and student information.
  • Contribute to program evaluation and implementation of feedback-based improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. You should also possess superior computer skills, including database maintenance and Microsoft Office experience, as well as high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
