**Job Opportunity for a Community Midwife**

In this role, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact in rural health by providing information and support tailored to the needs of women and their babies.

You will be involved in antenatal advice, helping parents prepare for birth, and attending to postnatal needs in homes for the first 10 days after birth. This is a great opportunity for a caring and skilled midwife who thrives on variety and enjoys being out in the community.

The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with women and their families, and provide guidance on parenting, infant feeding, settling, and sleep based on their individual needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide antenatal advice and support to expectant mothers
  • Attend births and provide postnatal care
  • Support new mothers with parenting, infant feeding, and related topics
