Job Description

As a dedicated professional in the field of case support, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to children, families, and stakeholders. Your role will involve ensuring that service delivery is consistent with departmental policies and procedures, as well as following guidelines and implementing processes related to records management, finance, and administrative policies.

You will provide culturally appropriate intervention and support, consulting and liaising with relevant stakeholders and service providers to implement and maintain individualized service plans. Additionally, you will participate effectively as a team member, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining accessible and clear case records, and utilizing databases to support case management functions. You will also develop and maintain knowledge relevant to the role, actively participating in learning and development processes.
