Residential Aged Care Transformation Lead

We are transforming the way we deliver residential aged care through our Quality of Care Transformation Office, focusing on person-centred care and exceeding Aged Care Strengthened Standards.

This role will lead initiatives that enhance outcomes for residents and staff, ensuring care is not only compliant but also compassionate, holistic, and future-focused.

The Opportunity

As a transformation leader in our Quality of Care Transformation Office, you will guide and deliver the Clinical Outcomes Workstream. This will involve driving improvements in residential aged care services, leading cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Driving service improvements and developing project plans to meet strategic goals and timelines.
  • Collaborating closely with teams, including data analysts, clinical staff, and senior leaders.
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships and monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within residential aged care, healthcare, home care, or community care.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven influencing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practice in Residential Aged Care.
