**Join our Finance Team**

This opportunity is one working within a global finance operations team who are committed to operational excellence and amplifying value. The Finance Business Partner works as an integral member of a centralised finance function in a role that blends control and compliance with business partnering acting in the capacity of a trusted financial advisor to operational teams, senior management, and the Board.

You will be responsible for the oversight of month-end processes, analysis of business performance drivers, participation in business planning/forecasting, and delivery of all statutory financial reporting, audit and tax compliance requirements. Establishing positive partnering relationships cross-functionally will strengthen opportunity to add value - by asking questions, testing thinking and sharing insights, intelligence and ideas, always through a continuous improvement lens.

The financial reporting, analysis, interpretation and insights, will ultimately contribute to executive and Board-level decision making.
