As a leading digital marketing specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Enablement and Knowledge Management:
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customers' usage of the GMP, maximizing return on investment.
    • Lead customer onboarding for GMP technologies, including documentation, system setups, welcome packs, product training, and ongoing education.
    • Enable customers on GMP technologies by accurately scoping requirements and providing best practices and recommendations.
    • Aquire knowledge and maintain certification for all relevant GMP products.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to prepare relevant content and documentation for product updates, roadmaps, best practices, internal and external knowledge base, maturity frameworks.
  • Account and Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for communication and engagement, including support requests, to strengthen rapport and relationship.
    • Escalate and collaborate with other departments to ensure high-level resolution and manage customers' expectations.
    • Proactively engage with customers to maintain accountability of customer satisfaction and visibility of their state of business.
    • Identify and manage new revenue opportunities from existing customers to cross-sell other services.
    • Obtain valuable feedback from customers and communicate accordingly to managers, team members, and/or management.
  • Presales / Post Sales / Consulting:
    • Support and collaborate with Business and Solutions teams to manage sales proposals, scope of work, customer requirements, pricing, and planning of projects.
    • Manage signed-off projects by maintaining documentation, communications, and execution to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Provide advisory and consultative role to internal and external customers regarding technical support.
