We are seeking experienced individuals for a part-time HR Generalist role within our dynamic HR team. This comprehensive position offers a mix of responsibilities, including:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes, from crafting job ads to screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. Leverage university partnerships to attract top talent.
  • Talent Pool Development: Build and nurture a network of industry professionals to create a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist with engagement surveys, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Generalist HR Support: Offer broad HR support, including answering employee queries, conducting performance appraisals, and monitoring probationary employees.
  • Psiychometric Analysis: Interpret psychometric reports and prepare insightful interview questions for hiring managers.

This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain exposure to every facet of HR.

We are looking for proactive, hands-on individuals with a 'can-do' attitude. Ideal candidates will have experience within financial or professional services and 2-3 years of experience in the field.
