About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our Workers' Compensation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the end-to-end claims process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the claims process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth return to work and recovery for injured individuals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, general practitioners, and medical professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative codes and company policies, adhering to set timeframes and measures.
  • Conduct face-to-face sessions with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews, and onsite visits.
  • Develop and execute claim strategies, effectively setting expectations and educating workers and employers on legislative obligations.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a high degree of influencing skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. You should be able to demonstrate resilience in managing challenging scenarios and have developed time management skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
