The role we are seeking to fill will support our WHS Coordinator with workplace injury management and non-work-related employee injuries. This includes administration and support for wellbeing and wellness tasks, return to work administration, and coordination of injury processes.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely communications with employees, managers and payroll teams. The role may require occasional travel to other work locations and supporting audits as needed.

Applicants must have HR or Administration qualifications and knowledge, with work experience in HR or employee injury and wellbeing/wellness. Return to Work training/qualification is highly desirable or willingness to attend training is required.

Strong administration, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities are essential. Good interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, are necessary.

A commitment to organisational policies and programs, accountability and a current driver's license (with access to own vehicle) are also required. Clearance of Working with Children Check and NDIS screening check prior to commencement are mandatory.
