We are seeking a seasoned Marketing professional to lead our ANZ team as Head of Marketing. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive continued growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ANZ Marketing team, working closely with the global Marketing function and local senior Sales leadership team
  • Define the ANZ Marketing objectives and build a Marketing strategy to achieve sustainable new business growth
  • Identify new growth opportunities within the ANZ target market and through partnership with broader businesses
  • Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to a team of talented regional Marketers, to create a supportive and collaborative work environment
  • Lead the regional Marketing team to develop and execute on an effective calendar of integrated Marketing campaigns and programs across partners and direct to business by integrations and/or industry verticals to achieve Marketing and Sales targets
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing leadership team to integrate key product launches into the region to drive effective demand and update and align activities to support activation of the existing customer base
  • Lead the ongoing development of growth marketing measurement and reporting capabilities to optimise growth through data and insights across the funnel
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between the regional Marketing team and broader business to enable smooth campaign execution, team enablement and ongoing reporting and optimisation

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • 10+ years experience in Marketing, with demonstrated experience leading teams
  • Demonstrated experience working in or for regional sales teams with shared KPI's
  • A Demonstrated ability to network, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with proven ability to author impactful content
  • Demonstrated ability at influencing senior leaders to achieve organisational goals
  • A degree in Marketing or Business is desirable
