Job Description
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to assist their HR team with a variety of tasks, including employer branding, recruitment outreach, and internal communications.
This position is fully remote and perfect for someone who enjoys supporting people initiatives, contributing to creative projects, and working collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities
Publish job postings and track candidate applications
Screen resumes and compile candidate shortlists for the team's review
Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and managers
Maintain and update employee records and digital HR documents (e.g., onboarding materials, contracts)
Draft internal announcements and HR communications as requested
Support planning and coordination of team engagement activities or virtual events
Qualifications
Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or basic content planning tools (e.g., Trello, Notion)
Interest in social media, employer branding, and internal communication efforts
Good written communication skills and an eye for design
Prior experience assisting in HR, administration, or marketing is a plus — but not required

This Graduate Program is an 18-month program with three 6-month rotations across different departments to launch a career in the superannuation sector.

What you'll do as a Business Graduate at Vision Super:
Role 1 — HR, Marketing & Communications, Contact Centre
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives in HR
Assist with internal communications, content creation, and campaign development in Marketing
Support members directly in the Contact Centre
Role 2 — Marketing & Communications, Contact Centre, Member Advice
Contribute to marketing campaign development and member communications
Support members directly in the Contact Centre
Gain exposure to financial advice processes and regulatory considerations in Member Advice
Role 3 — Contact Centre, Investment Operations, Quality & Risk
Assist with daily investment operations, processing, and reporting
Participate in compliance monitoring, internal control testing, and risk reviews
Support members directly in the Contact Centre
Who we're looking for:
Curious, adaptable, and proactive learners
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or volunteer activities
Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 2 years) in a relevant field
Graduate Program details:
