BOC Limited Australia is seeking a talented eCommerce Specialist to join their team.

As an eCommerce Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the company's online sales and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing buyer insights using website analytics and monitoring performance metrics
  • Developing and executing online campaigns on key value items, categories, and brands
  • Creating and optimizing digital content to drive customer engagement and CTR
  • Optimizing sales funnels and increasing online sales through market intelligence and analytics
  • Conducting reports and analysis on website performance and providing recommendations for improvement

You will be responsible for managing online listings of agents, BOC & SPW retail stores, as well as assisting the Customer Service Team with complex online queries.

Successful candidates will have a proven working experience in creating, optimizing, and administering digital content, as well as 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing and operations of an e-commerce website. You will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO, EDM, and other e-commerce analytics platforms.
