Ecommerce Stylist Opportunity

Our fast-paced ecommerce setup requires an experienced professional to manage the studio, oversee the styling and shoot process, and ensure every asset is on-brand, on-time, and built to convert.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Style and direct all ecommerce, campaign, and social content (model, flat lay, ghost mannequin)
  • Take ownership of the styling and shoot process - from prep and logistics through to execution and post-shoot feedback
  • Manage shoot logistics: product flow, styling prep, set coordination, shot lists, and timelines
  • Lead shoot day execution and image selection to ensure output is commercially strong
  • Coordinate with external shoot talent (models, HMUAs, photographers) and internal teams
  • Provide feedback on retouching and editing to align with brand and conversion standards
  • Maintain a well-organized studio environment, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years in an ecommerce or fashion studio environment, preferably with shoot ownership
  • Strong styling ability and confidence leading model and product shoots
  • Deep understanding of what drives ecommerce imagery conversion, particularly for product detail pages (PDPs)
  • Attention to detail across styling consistency, lighting, and file naming
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, effectively managing deadlines, schedules, and shifting priorities
  • Collaborative mindset, working closely with content, digital, and marketing leads
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
