- Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead teams to manage and enhance the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
- Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and identify and mitigate business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Key Qualifications For Success:
- Mobility Program Leadership: Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
- Client & Communication Excellence: Strong client relationship management and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Strategic insight, commercial awareness, and flexible approach to work, including delivering under pressure and showcasing solutions.
