Talent International is searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our utilities client based in Fortitude Valley on a 6-month contract with strong extension potential.

The Role

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the ICT Delivery team, responsible for leading the delivery of complex, high-value technology and information management projects. This role will drive critical initiatives such as eDocs replacement, information management system enhancements, and cross-functional ICT projects that align with business strategy and corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level ICT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Partner with Project Sponsors to shape business cases, define requirements, and secure approvals
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive change readiness and ensure new systems and processes are successfully embedded
  • Deliver clear and insightful reporting to executives, boards, and steering committees
  • Identify, manage, and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio
  • Provide expertise in data analytics, systems integration, and information management domains
  • Oversee projects in the EDRMS/Information Management space, including eDocs replacement and OpenText migration, ensuring interoperability, governance, and data integrity

Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience managing enterprise technology and information management projects
  • Strong background in ICT delivery, with proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
  • Degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Project Management accreditation (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM)
  • Expertise in EDRMS systems, eDocs, OpenText, and Information/Data Governance principles
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and manage executive-level stakeholders
