Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist in our People function at QBE's Head Office.

This exciting opportunity will allow you to collaborate closely with regional counterparts across the enterprise to drive talent strategy and ambitions forward.

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide talent management and development initiatives, including running the global talent cadence and contributing to meaningful work within the Group Career & Capability Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global talent planning process, ensuring alignment with key people priorities
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodologies, systems, and enablement
  • Deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences
  • Ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities
  • Build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders
  • Bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery
  • Use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Champion a high-performing global Talent Community of Practice
About You:
  • Proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences
  • A passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking
  • Experience managing complex programs and external partnerships
