Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

A high-performing individual is sought to take on a challenging role as a team lead in a customer service environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching a small team in delivering exceptional service to new customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to have financial conversations with prospective clients. They will also have;
- Recent experience in a contact centre Team Leader or similar
- Experience in a position where complex levels of advice have been offered
- Demonstrated skills in coaching & leading a phone-based team to meet KPIs & service levels
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and administration including computer skills
- Knowledge of residential aged care fee arrangements and LLLB related legislation would be highly regarded
