Regulatory Compliance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Alton Downs, Australia.

This is a full-time role requiring a strong background in corporate governance and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for regulatory compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant statutes governing corporate affairs in India.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and emerging trends, and ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to the formulation and review of policies, rules, and regulations governing company registration, corporate governance, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee the registration, monitoring, and compliance of companies with statutory requirements, including the filing of financial statements, annual returns, and other regulatory disclosures.
  • Promote and monitor adherence to corporate governance standards, including the conduct of board meetings, maintenance of statutory registers, and disclosure of information to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience in managing teams, driving organizational change, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant statutes governing corporate affairs in India.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the corporate sector, regulatory environment, and business practices in India is essential for success in this role.
