Job Title: Senior Strength

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about high performance and committed to continuous improvement.

  • This position will be responsible for designing and implementing world-class strength and conditioning programs aimed at maximising the physical performance of nationally categorised athletes within our Academy program.
  • The successful candidate will lead and develop a group of strength and conditioning coaches, providing expert guidance and support to ensure optimal athlete development.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of strength and conditioning principles, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement evidence-based strength and conditioning programs for nationally categorised athletes.
  2. Lead and develop a group of strength and conditioning coaches, providing expert guidance and support.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the Performance Support team to create a high-performance environment.
  4. Contribute to the development of Individual Athlete Performance Plans (IAPPs) and assist in regularly reviewing associated specific development priorities and performance metrics.
