We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to provide essential support services for older members of the community.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and can adapt to diverse care settings. As a Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to maintain their independence and overall wellbeing.
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based support services, including general housekeeping and personal care for aged care clients
- Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and client transport to social activities or appointments
- Support clients with mobility and therapy goals, as well as provide complex care for customers with high needs
- Offer emotional support to clients and their families
- A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Experience in a similar professional role, with skills in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medication management
