We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to provide assistance to individuals in the community.

This role involves delivering care and support to people with various needs, including physical and mental disabilities, learning disabilities, and elderly care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with accessing local resources and services
  • Provide emotional and social support to clients, engaging in conversation and social activities
  • Assist clients with mobility and transferring, using mobility aids if necessary
  • Support clients with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if required
  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
  • Transport Clients to appointments and outings
