**Job Opportunity**

The role of an Accounts Administrator is a vital part of the organization's finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement finance processes and systems to support day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Administer payroll cycles, commissions, leave entitlements, superannuation, workers compensation, and PAYGW in adherence to modern award conditions.
  • Manage supplier master files, verify ABNs, and maintain GST tax codes for smooth transactions.
  • Prepare payment runs, reconcile daily bank feeds and credit card transactions, and process daily invoicing for sales teams.
  • Update stock system data with despatch information and provide customer service on accounts payable and receivable inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
  • Hold minimum Cert IV/Diploma in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Be proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in work activities.
