
Student Service Coordinator

Are you a motivated and passionate professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Student Support Officer to join our team based at Botany.
The role involves administering funded training contracts, managing claims, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position requires strong working experience with a student management system, excellent PC skills, and ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality student service and support trainers and students onsite
- Manage phone and email enquiries, maintaining a strong employer and student focus
- Record and maintain student records in the student management system
- Monitor course progress and attendance, providing intervention and counselling as needed
- Sourcing venues for training and assisting students with LMS use
- Knowledge of RII or TLI training package
- Experience with EnquiryMate, aXcelerate, or VETtrak
- Understanding of state funding contracts
This is a full-time, permanent role for five days per week, from Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours can be discussed to ensure work-life balance.
