Clinical Care Director

Our organization seeks a seasoned Clinical Leader to deliver high-quality, consumer-directed clinical care while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
This pivotal role involves leading and mentoring our team of nurses and care staff in our residential aged care facility. Responsibilities include:
- Sound knowledge of industry standards, infection control practices, and best-in-class clinical procedures
- Strong leadership with a compassionate style and ability to mentor others
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to identify and manage deteriorating residents and emergency situations effectively
We are looking for an experienced individual with at least 3 years' experience in a Clinical/Care Manager (or equivalent) role within a similar-sized aged care facility in Australia. If you have a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of both residents and staff, we encourage you to apply.
