Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Care Director to enhance every aspect of our residents' wellbeing.
- Promoting a positive learning environment to develop the capability and knowledge of the next generation of carers and nurses.
- Overseeing clinical governance through quality improvement processes, auditing, and reporting.
- Monitoring the availability and provision of clinical resources.
- Developing clinical care programs to ensure they are of the highest standard.
- Assessing, planning, and evaluating resident care while nurturing partnerships with family members to ensure the provision of safe, quality care.
- Supporting the financial management of the residence.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role within a large aged care home.
- Qualifications as a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in managing people and budgets.
- Australian working rights - NO sponsorship.
- Prior experience in clinical management in aged care.
