We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex engineering projects. As part of our team, you will play a key role in the successful execution of these projects, leveraging your expertise in project engineering and real-time system engineering.

About the Position:

The Engineering Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordination and liaison with design teams, managing engineering change requests, conducting design reviews, and ensuring all activities meet high standards of quality and safety. They will also be expected to manage lifecycle phases of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Leveraging extensive experience in project engineering and real-time system engineering, the ideal candidate will have significant commercial experience (5+ years) working on multi-discipline engineering projects, including phases of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Experience in software verification and validation best practices and safety-critical techniques is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to work with multiple stakeholders, displaying polished interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an agile mindset, able to make prompt decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong working relationships with technology providers and ability to work in a multicultural environment are essential.
