Job Title: Technical Director for Water Treatment Plants

Beca HunterH2O is a leading Australian water business of one of Asia Pacific’s largest independent advisory, design and engineering consultancies. Our team of 300+ water specialists are passionate about healthy and sustainable communities wherever we work. We collaborate with clients through city and regional offices operating in Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle, Tamworth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Fiji.

We work on over 25 long term water utility panels and the largest Design and Construct projects. Our local clients include water corporations and blue chip constructors.

The opportunity

About the Role

You will have experience delivering water or wastewater treatment plants across Victoria. You will possess strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and align diverse interests, and highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and deliver innovative solutions.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Technical director role to lead our integrated treatment design capability.
  • Experience undertaking and leading investigations, options assessments and design of water treatment plants.
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of the industry's policies, standards, research, developments, and market trends.
