We are seeking individuals to join our board as casual directors. These roles will complement and extend the skills and capabilities of our current board.

As a member of our board, you will contribute to shaping our organisation's strategy and vision. You will work closely with other board members to make informed decisions that drive positive change.

This is a voluntary role, requiring up to 10 hours of your time per month. You will participate in online meetings every two months and engage in various sub-committees such as finance, fundraising, and governance.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in legal and digital health fields, along with strong networks within the healthcare system. Previous board experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

As a casual director, your term will be three years, with a maximum of six years on the board. Both roles will be nominated at our annual general meeting in March 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in online meetings every two months
  • Engage in various sub-committees such as finance, fundraising, and governance
  • Contribute to shaping our organisation's strategy and vision
