We are currently seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the Australian meat industry, supporting key HR functions and making a valuable impact across the business.
Shift: 4:00 a.m. shift
Responsibilities- Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks
- Assist with onboarding, inductions, and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate training sessions, document control, and compliance records
- Support recruitment processes (advertising, screening, reference checks)
- Manage HR documentation including contracts, letters, and forms
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, contributing individual responsibilities toward shared goals
