We are currently seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail-orientedHR Administratorto join our dynamic Human Resources team.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the Australian meat industry, supporting key HR functions and making a valuable impact across the business.
Shift: 4:00 a.m. shift
Responsibilities
Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks
Assist with onboarding, inductions, and maintaining employee records
Coordinate training sessions, document control, and compliance records
Support recruitment processes (advertising, screening, reference checks)
Manage HR documentation including contracts, letters, and forms
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, contributing individual responsibilities toward shared goals
