About the Role

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of experience in a HR administrative role with a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
  • To generate employment contracts for new and existing staff, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating personal history checks and working rights for all new staff members.
  • Providing advice and guidance on the management of employment contracts from start to finish.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
