Enterprise Risk Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the enterprise risk management framework. This includes enhancing existing practices, oversight, and accountability.

This is a pivotal role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will take ownership of supporting the enterprise risk management framework, ensuring currency and consistency across the organisation.

You will facilitate enterprise risk management knowledge and best practice sharing across the business, deliver training and advise managers on the use and compliance with required risk procedures and processes.

You will also monitor the performance of enterprise risk management, review risk registers to ensure currency and consistency, and oversee and manage the insurance policy portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have technical qualifications in finance, infrastructure or equivalent, lead auditing experience, and knowledge and experience in a dynamic operational environment.

You will also need to have 10+ years' experience in risk management in capital-intensive infrastructure businesses, demonstrated knowledge of insurance policies, franchise provisions, and corruption compliance procedures and standards.

In addition, you will need to have the ability to lead teams successfully, drive performance, and have a proactive and positive attitude towards work and problem-solving.
