We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Management Lead to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and ensuring accountability to detailed project plans and timelines.

Job Description

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize the digital management of key technical project team activities and decisions. You will regularly review the technical project team's progress, timelines, and accountability using project management tools and other related resources.

You will work with site leadership to mitigate any program-related issues, concerns, or challenges proactively and communicate regularly with business leadership to coordinate the technical team's project results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for customer projects
  • Manage changes of scope by contracting changes to the project as needed
  • Coordinate customer visit planning and overall presentation of the site to current customers as needed
  • Responsible for internal communications / discussions to drive achievement of project deliverables in accordance with business needs
  • Track technical project timelines and results to enable successful transfer of process engineering and process validation projects
  • Work efficiently with cross functional teams to ensure on time and in full delivery of product to customer
  • Build and modify project management digital tools to improve project tracking and metrics
  • Ensure all customer invoices are created and sent in accordance with the contract and Patheon procedures
  • Accurately report financial progress on customer projects to leadership

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 to 5 years of related experience in Project Management
  • Bachelor of Science in a relevant subject area
