About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Technical Lead to join our team at Woods Bagot. As a key member of our design delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on project design and documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and deliver high-quality architectural designs
  • Manage and mentor junior staff members to ensure their growth and development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 18+ years post graduate experience in architecture
  • Masters Degree in Architecture
  • QLD Arch registration
  • Strong Revit skills (Dynamo experience advantageous)
  • Rhino skills (including Grasshopper) highly regarded
  • Solid knowledge of the full Adobe suite
  • Enscape skills and additional rendering software programs e.g. Vray
  • Demonstrate sound skills in overarching concept design to design development
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of project delivery requirements
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Local BCA standards and regulation knowledge essential
