Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects across various sectors, developing schedules, managing client expectations, and leading project teams. You will also be required to identify business opportunities, prepare bids, and negotiate with customers.

About the Role

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of KBR's contracted services to clients against cost, time, and quality objectives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to effectively manage their expectations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead and manage project teams, delivering infrastructure design outcomes through internal disciplines and external partnerships.
  • Support Design Managers or Senior Project Managers on large complex projects as needed.
  • Form and nurture relationships within the market to support new and ongoing repeat work for the business.
  • Develop win strategies and proposal methodologies to support winning new business.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Completion of an Undergraduate degree in Engineering, equivalent science, construction professional qualification, or Project Management/Business Management certification.
  • Strong communication skills and relevant project management experience.
