About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Communications Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing national and regional marketing campaigns, collaborating with suppliers and advertisers to ensure brand consistency, and managing social media content and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national and regional marketing campaigns to promote the resort's brand and services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and advertisers to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage social media content, schedules, and engagement to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Assist in creating content, including blogs, EDMs, photography, and videography to showcase the resort's amenities and services.
  • Oversee the content management for hotel properties on various platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Help design creative assets, including images, copywriting, and layouts to support marketing campaigns.
  • Execute email marketing (EDM) campaigns to reinforce the resort's brand message and promote special offers and events.
  • Maintain and optimize the resort's online presence, including microsites, to ensure a strong search engine ranking.
  • Support marketing efforts for meetings, events, and food & beverage promotions to drive revenue and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong copywriting skills with knowledge of social media, EDMs, and content management.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience in the hotel, travel, or F&B industry is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and design skills to support campaigns.
